We hired CII under a no recovery no fee contract. When they decided they were not going to recover the money from our client, they demanded we take the client to litigation and send them a check fo $885 to get them started. I investigated them further and found out they have only been in business a few months. When Kyle called I told him we decided not to use them for litigation. He told me "take your skirt off and put your pants on." At this point I hung up. He is know telling us we owe him $335 for withdrawing the acoount. They are now treating us like a colection account.
