I've been looking for someone to sue a recent debtor of mine. I have clear documentation that he ripped me off and he intended too from the beginning. My lawyer wanted to charge me close to $400 an hour and it wasn't worth the fees and time that would be consumed. I needed a cheap alternative that was just as effective though. I found CII they are a local collection agency that seemed more than capable of getting the job done. They offered me an upfront cost contract where I payed $1500 to send 2 cases of mine into full litigation and full collection services. I've only sent them one case but they've sent my debtor to court and CII said they would keep me posted and updated, so far they seem to be doing so. So far CII has met my expectations.
