A few months back I made the mistake of giving CII an account for about $300. I wanted to start them off with a smaller account to see how good they claimed to be. Once they collected from the client, they gave me the run-around. I called them and they would put me on hold for hours at a time. It seems like I needed another collection agency to collect from CII. Recently, one of their employees cold called my business and I took the call in hopes that they were going to pay my account. I stated to the man that I wouldn't give them another account until they paid on the other account. They transferred me to another man and he said, "Ummmm, we'll call you back," and he hung up. It's not just one bad seed in the company, that's how they operate. We have over 20k in unpaid bills. Wouldn't they make a bit more on 20k than $300? It's true what they say, a crook works twice as hard than the honest man.
