I was very pleased for a long time with the cabinets installed in my garage. At the time they were installed, I only used the larger of the two garage doors. Recently, I added another car and wanted to use the other smaller door. I found that Closet World per their design, had installed a cabinet that made it impossible to open that door. I asked them to come out and move the cabinet to another spot where it sould not be a problem . Even though it was their error, the only way they would fix it was if I paid them $125. I made it clear that I felt that any reputable company would fix a problem they were responsible for and got nowhere. I then filed a small claims court case. They called my son, not me and repeated their absurd offer and my son refused and they said they would see us in court.
