I made my investment into ClaimTek systems at the end of March 2023. Right from the beginning, starting with the sales rep they have never been pushy and have always fully explained every question I had. Shawn was great at showing the value of the packages and we decided to go with the preferred package. We started the training shortly after although slowly due to time constraints on our end.
The first stage of training for us was learning how to accurately navigate and operate the Med Office software. The training is very professional and thorough, all the trainers have years if not decades of experience and were able to answer every question we had about the software and how to use it. We moved onto the Dent Office software next and once again the experience of the trainer was fantastic. Not only do you learn how to use the software, but they have so much insight into the details of how and why things are designed for everyday use in the billing.
Firsthand accounts of how and why this program has value to providers vs the systems and software they have in place now really were great confidence builders throughout the process. They don’t just teach you and move on, if you have questions or problems, they offer contact during and after the training and if you need to repeat something it’s not a problem. They make sure you understand before moving on. Moving onto the sales training, they offer endless resources for creating great marketing campaigns to get you started. A crucial point for us is that ClaimTek doesn’t make any false claims about how easy this is or get rich quick schemes it comes down to you and the effort you put into the business.
As you go out marketing no matter what your focus is you can confidently say you have a team behind you who has the experience to handle the needs of any provider or practice to help them grow their business with you. Throughout this whole process you have contact with multiple people who help you every step of the way.
