Horrible service!

We scheduled a pick up for a refrigerator, they didn't come. We called and asked them to come again. They finally came and refused to take an operational refrigerator that had been sitting waiting for them for 2 WEEKS in our driveway! In fact, the only
thing wrong with the refrigerator was that we didn't deep clean it before we tried to donate. In addition, the man who told us that they couldn't take the refrigerator was not polite!
