was very very upset, there was an item that had a salesprice on it. the two reps that helped me hector and olga increased the price at the register by 9.00 more dollars. There was another customer watching and was very upset , i told him i was going to complain so he gave me his phone#, I will be contacting the owner. We go to thrift stores because of obvious reasons, we dont have alot of money, but to be taken advantage of is very upsetting,,,i would give the staff no stars...............
