Half-fraudulent (no-disclosure cheating) business!
|
2019, I had a $4000 contract with China Seven Colors Group (Chinaprinting4u.com) to print and ship 45 cases of book from Guangzhou to Baltimore, with all fees paid and no disclosure for further payment for me. 1-2 days before shipping, Air7Seas.com in California got all my information from China7Colors and combined with China7Colors to force me to sign a POA form with a service charge of $210 for Customs Clearance and CIF, threatening “Fines if not”. When the cargo arrived in Baltimore with 20 days’ bad delay and partial damage, A7Seas cheating Reps forced me to pay $800 total fees and the non-contracted Central States Trucking (CST) forced me to pay $212 before I can pick up my prepaid 45 CS books among my angry protesting and lawsuit warning! Public reviews showed that all the above 3 companies had very bad credit and they should never be trusted! They should be sued for fraudulent deeds—let it be known to all that it only takes $34 to claim a $5000 compensation in a local court without a need of an attorney.
