Wow! Thanks for working so hard on this for me. You probably don't want to hear my "speech", but here it is...I manage a small business and I am BIG on taking care of the customer. I get so aggravated with hum-hum service. What you have done has impressed me. That's not flattery, that's working hard to "take care of the customer".
