I am writing to you to sing the praises of one of your employees, Ella Casey. Today I called Cheapair to arrange an earlier departure than the one for which I was ticketed- a week from today. My mother who lives in France is suddenly very ill and I need to get to her as soon as possible. Ella was so patient and looked into every conceivable option to try to get me to my mother. Over the years I have dealt with many many many agents and not one has ever shown so much concern and made such an effort. Ella is an outstanding employee and her diligence is exceptional. She represents your company superbly.
