Car Pros suggest that they can "Get anyone approved" Not true, first they have you fill out on line an application to pre-authorize you. This is not what it does, upon completing the application I immediately received a call from Alexis one of their reps. After asking her several times if they were trying to get me to come in to tell me I wasn't approved I didn't want to be bothered she insisted that everything would be taken care of. I showed up a day before my appointment, which I called, and change the time with Lexi another Car Pros rep. I called to let Amir know I was going to be late, but there was no answer at the store at all. I left a message. When I arrived at Car Pros, Amir was gone and no one knew who I was. I ended up with a young lady who sat down with me to find the information I had submitted on line, I met with her for 15 minutes before she offered her name. I was told at that time that my credit had not been run and by law they needed me to come in (understandable), but waste of my time, it was 8:00 PM in the evening and conveniently the finance person had just left. I was told because some of the bad marks on my credit I would have to wait for the finance manager to come in the next day for an approval. Katherine told me that she would call me by noon to let me know what was going on. To date 2:40 PM on Saturday 10/17 I have not heard from Katherine. I phoned car pros twice the first time was told Katherine was busy and could not come to the phone, the Sales Manager came to the phone and said he would find out what was going on he left me on the phone, and I finally hung up. I waited an hour and called back, found out Katherine was still not available. The Sales Manager got on the phone again, and just started talking, he never introduced himself and said I couldn't get the loan and needed to put 50% down, I asked who are you, he said I'm the sales manager, I asked are you the one who put me on hold and left me earlier, he said no, when I asked his name he said it was Azil. He was the same manager that left me on the phone. Car Pros has the most horrible service I have encountered in a long time and to me they're advertising is false. If I have bad credit, and your advertising says approved, approved, approved and no down payment why would I have to come up with 50% down. I rated them with one star because they were good at making you believe they were different.
