Definitely a scam. Just got the same thing as everyone else. Claimed the rate went up but they were going to lock it in for us. Began asking questions about our "big copier" without providing any knowledge of who they were. I played along long enough for
them to send me an order confirmation for twice what we pay from our regular supplier. Watch out for these guys.
