Well my card was fraudulantly attempted to be used to purchase something from the U.K. they stopped the transaction and cancelled the card which was good. How ever since the account had been cancelled it has been a nightmare. After speaking with about 15 different call center reps and spending a few hours on hold and a missed payment and late fees later....my problems have gotten worse.My first bill since the cancellation of the first card and suspension for missed payment on the newly issued card has sparked my reasons for this review. I now have a card I can't use until after I make Decembers 30 dollar minimum payment. Up until now it was great having what's in your wallet. Just don't ever have a problem involving customer service. To resolve this issue I think capital one can do a better job by not out sourcing these call center jobs to other countries.
