Rented RV for 5 days from CAMPUSA and generator broke the next day. Had to make a stop and hook up to the RV park for the night. Next morning at 7am had to go to RV repair shop assigned by CAMPUSA and waited until 12:30pm. Left the shop and 20 minutes later generator went out again.
went back and shop had no idea what the problem was and could not give time frame when generator would be repaired. Asked for new RV which was in Orlando and wouldnt be ready for 30-45 minutes. Not to waist anymore of our vacation time we offeredto drive to Orlando from Tampa where the breakdown happened. We did not get the new RV until 3:45pm. All we asked for is credit for down time and what CAMPUSA advised us was the they do not give credits. Sherry at CAMPUSA advised us that RV was drivable but there was no AC. We rented a fully operative RV but got one without generator. We are being charged for the time while we sat at repair shop. This is not fair and CAMPUSA is a company I would not recommend to anybody.
