I have not been one of the lucky ones. The salesmen were friendly and seemed organized. As the job has progressed, actually not progressed we realized the salesmen delivered a great pitch. We are sitting here with an incomplete kitchen. Two scheduled appointments were cancelled without informing us. I had to call them to figure out why I was still waiting long after the appointment time had come and gone. They ordered and delivered the wrong refrigerator and tried to get us to keep their mistake by offering a $100 discount. The granite was installed incorrectly, so the refrigerator will not fit, when we eventually receive it. Our cabinets are up but we are still waiting for prep to paint on our walls, which should have been completed before cabinet installation. It has been two weeks since anyone has performed work and they are two to three weeks behind the time they quoted us, of which I have documented proof. If you have had a good experience, I am happy for you. Based on our experience I would never recommend Cabinet Wholesalers.
