Extremely poor service with order issues.

I placed an order today (9/27) with CEC on line and within 10 minutes, decided I didn't want the item so I phoned the number listed on their website (800-779-8077). I was connected to the operator and explained the situation. She responded that there was nothing that could be done and stated repeatedly that all sales were final. I was told that refusing the shipment or disputing with my credit card would do no good. A credit card dispute would only result in an additional $25 charge to my account from CEC. She then hung up the phone by saying "Don't ever call back here you f**k!
This company seriously needs improved customer service and to value it's customers.
