This is not a good company/vendor. Never have I seen such a lack of communication and such blatant lies posted on a website. Their warranty or guarantee is non existant, it is merely a way to lure you in so you will buy from them. They offer you pretty good prices but in the end it ends up costing you more. Don't let yourself be fooled, just as the other reviewers I was also ripped off and felt the need to warn others. Take heed, do not do business with them!
