I gave Chauncey the owner $5.000 to restore my car. I told her to let me know if she has to move my car, after 30 days. I went to her shop my car was moved and I was not informed. Then I found out she has sent my car to ONE A DAY Paint shop. She left my Car at One-a-Day Pant shop and didn't provide any money to the paint shop to start the painting on my car. The technician or Manager named: Mario Ramirez at the One-a-Day paint shop, stated that he charged $6.000 to restore the Car and when Chauncey brought in the car she never gave any money to this One-a-Day paint per THE MANAGER MARIO RAMIREZ. My car went to this shop without my knowledge or authorization and it was left 30 days without any Deposit left. I never ever told Chauncey at Bullock Custom Mororsports to order any used parts for my car. She was only suppose to restore the Body work on the car only. She didn't provide me with any work on my car still to this day. TODAY'S DATE IS OCTOBER 7TH 2011. I am claiming hardship, stress and Money lost in this matter. We haven't still came to agreement in this matter.
