The technician was very knowledgeable about taking care of our pest issues. she explained the process in great detail and gave us a pest control guarantee. The price was competitive, and there was no high pressure sales speech. The Bug Pro service provider showed up on time, dressed in a Bug Pro uniform and very polite. She again explained the process in great detail to us, and completed the pest control application in a timely fashion. We were extremely happy to find dead bugs around our house just an hour later, proving that the application was indeed working. We signed a 1yr contract at a great price.
