OMG!!!! Not only did Scott call within MINUTES of me finishing entering all my info, he was pleasant and great over the phone. He was able to come out the NEXT morning. After looking around, he told me he honestly didn't see any evidence of rodents which I thought I had. He said the rat droppings I saw on my car engine were not from rats living in my garage and that no service was necessary but to keep him informed. I didn't tell Scott but two other companies had come by and said I had a problem and wanted to charge me. After Scott told me he didn't see any evidence of a problem, he didn't even Charge me anything! That is UNHEARED of these days! I will recommend Bug Pro to anyone I know who has a pest issue. Thank you!!
