On April 1, 2009 I experienced the poorest excuse for a business/service provider in Bright Carpet Care. In this summary I will call them BCC.
Summary of what transpired 4/1/09
OFFENSES Committed by Bright Carpet Care:
1. Appointment for service was 10 am. Bright Carpet Care representative did not arrive until 1pm.
2. BCC Rep wanted to sell me $1500 service and when I told him that I only want the full service advertised on the coupon for $109 from VALPAK mailer, he took the coupon from me and continued to persuade me that what my carpet really needs is the $1500 service. I reiterated again that I only wanted the service as advertised.
3. When I asked for the coupon back the BCC rep said he could not find it thus confusing me as to what the advertised service included.
4. He spent 10 minutes on my carpet thru the whole house. The stains clearly did not come out. All I had was a damp and dirtier looking carpet.
5. After the “service” he asked for cash for payment. I warily wrote him a check for the advertised price and he begrudgingly accepted the check.
6. I made sure the BCC rep left because I feared my safety. When we was truly gone I called Reza “Ray” to make my complaints about the poor service and he responded by yelling and screaming profanity at me. Profanity words that start with an “F”. I was SHOCKED. I was unable to get a word in edgewise and then he quickly hung up on me.
7. I called Reza “Ray” back and he threatened that his billing department would “get me”.
For the reasons enumerated above, I called my husband who was at work. He feared for my safety as well as I described the BCC rep’s behavior while in our home and because of the way I was threatened by Reza “Ray”. It was then we also decided to stop payment of the check. I will gladly go to court to dispute this case.
I am astounded that Reza Farakesh is in business. And when I did a search on the Internet on Bright Carpet Care I found that there are many more victims like me with very similar, if not the same story. I wished I had researched this company before I called to schedule service in my home.
To give even 1 star to rate this company is too generous.
