Breakwave provides amazing tech support! Their rate is definitely affordable and they're true to their word. I've had problems with my laptop for the longest time and now its running smoother and way faster. I've had someone fix it before but it wasn't a major difference like this. Their customer service/ tech guy was nice and polite, much better than other companies who have tried to help me over the phone. The service was simple, easy, and convenient because it was done remotely. Since they basically saved my laptop from exploding, I would recommend Breakwave to anyone with computer problems. Trust me, you'll definitely see a difference.
