The accusations and remarks made above by two of our clients are frivelous and without merit. Both Rosa S. and Amy D. made the decision to forward their collection cases to our affiliate attorneys, paid the neccessary costs, and our company has expedited these claims. Bradley, Stein, and Locke re-located after an office fire in September of 2009 and as a result our phone numbers changed. Our office currently works for over 11,000 clients, and as a result, not all of those clients were informed of our updated contact information as quickly as they should have been. If a client sends the necessary documentation to Bradley, Stein, and Locke to proceed with litigation, the case is forwarded and handled as quickly as the courts and legal process allow. Furthermore, Bradley, Stein, & Locke is not affiliated with any other company. We have been in business since 2001, with home offices in Oxnard, CA.
