This companies customer service is horrible. After I canceled my membership I was still charged for 4 months of service. Trying to reach a live person is close to impossible, I tried 4 times in one week and received an automated message that all reps were busy and to call back later, then it hung up. I wrote an email to there billing department and at this point it has been over 6 weeks and have not received a response. Had I not contacted my bank sooner I would have never received any money back. I honestly think that this is a tactic they use in order to keep the money by using up the window in which banks can act on your behalf (60 days). Shadey shadey company that provides no support with the subscriptions they sell.
