world of warcraft has always been a buggy and poorly supported game, but the fun factor kept me in it for years. until recently with patch 4.0 i think i'm finally throwing in the towel. i absolutely cannot believe that they had the audacity to releases this last patch which has made the game broken and unplayable for so many players. with each upgrade, the graphics engine becomes more fail, account security becomes less secure, server and game instability becomes more frequent, the classes become more imbalanced, and customer service (which has always failed) becomes even more inept. yet, amazingly, they still expect you to pay for thier beta releases. the support forums are a joke. the blue responses on the forums are either excuses or lies. they never take responsibilty for anything. it's either your fault, your computer's fault, or an addons fault. and as of recently it seems that they have been banning people for the dumbest things. they seem to be gearing this game to younger and younger kids; and that hasn't helped it one bit imo. unfortanetly blizzard's success with world of warcraft has sent the game backwards in order to keep pushing the bottom line.
