Yes I have a complaint. Blizzard had finally went live with their new patch 4.0.1...It's been over a week now and I have went through the channels on getting my game play corrected..(ie....Latency, lag) they have refused to answer my mail to their website or ignored my posts in the tech forums. I pay to play just like everyone else....I understand they have a TOS policy in place, but this is no EXCUSE for poor service on their part. I have been very patient with this company,but I'm at wits end now. Since I have went through the proper channels, can they be held liable for the service I am not getting, but I am paying for it each billing cycle....
