Placed an order 2 1/2 prior to a wedding. They give no option for expedited shipping or estimated delivery. Called 5 days later for an update as they had charged my credit card but not given any status update and customer service could not tell me any status. I requested the order be canceled, as I needed it before the wedding. Customer service is unable to cancel an order and must put in a ticket. I then get an email that if it is production they cannot cancel but that it won't ship for another 9 days! So even after inquiring, they still have no idea if it is in production and allege another 9 days for shipping. Customer service dept is useless and I will never order from them again, as they quickly charge your card but then have no idea the status of your order! Total nightmare!
