The purchase I made was for the Monogram Heart Tag Silver Bracelet.
The product description states the chain length is 7 inches. The product I received was 6 inches. Since my item was personalized I could not return my item which I understood.
I asked to have additional links sent to me to provide me with what I paid for and they stated that due to the thickness of the bracelet it does fit more snugly than a finer weight chain and they would unfortunately be unable to do anything to help me.
Their suggestion for me was to take the bracelet to a reputable skilled jeweler who can fashion links to match the bracelet.
When trying to resolve my issue the only way I could connect with someone to get a response was to leave an email. When leaving phone messages they promise to respond within 24 business hours, but I left two messages and I never received a phone call.
