DEFECTIVE TIRES

bought new tires from them about 10 days ago.
my steering wheels shakes when i drive my SUV..
they have performed wheel alignment to it, part of the deal..
so I had my tires checked by another tire store, they said it is not wheel alignment but wheel balance/tire balance..and that the tires are defective..it will not improve my the shaking of my steering wheel.
I went back to Bless Tires..and the guy (I think the brother of Enrique) says it is my wheels that are the problem..shifting the blame to my scratch free and perfect wheels.. he re balanced the front right tire, and then when he tried to re-balance the front left tire..he insisted it was my wheels.. and i said no, he re-balance the left tire again..and it showed "0".. but after all that he refused to re balance the rear tires. and my wheels are still shaking.
BEWARE of this place.. also on the original date the defective tires were installed.. the guy (seems like the boss or manager) said that he has done wheel alignment but the other worker said.. "hey I need to do alignment".. that guy was honest..I thought that the manager was trying to fool me.. it is a good thing the worker was naive enough to be honest.. unlike this manager..
