I had a very good experience with this company over the Christmas/New Year holiday 2010-2011. I chose them based in part on reviews here. I dealt with them long-distance over the phone and by email, and they were always very responsive and very patient with my rather "nervous about what I was getting into" questions. Check in was easy. The cabin was every bit as lovely as the pictures (even nicer!) and all the appliances, TV's, lights, etc. were in good working order. We were especially pleased that it was so well-stocked: plenty of towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and the nice welcome basket with coffee and snacks. The firewood we had ordered through them was waiting in the garage before we arrived. Yes, they ask for full payment up front and hold a good-sized deposit, but that is to be expected, I think, with the beautiful cabins they deliver -- the one I stayed in was definitely in the "luxury" range. I was very leery about doing business over the phone and by email, but my experience with this company was great, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
