This the most reliable and customer friendly rental company we have ever dealt with when we rent cabins in Big Bear. Highly reccommend them, never disapointed.
An update -
Rented from them again April 11-13, the last weekend the slopes were open. Different cabin this time though, but no problems to report whatsoever. I am starting to see a repetitive pattern in the way most of these compaints are written since I wrote my first. Very same context like someone else pointed out. Keep that in mind when you read here.
But we had a blast and we will use them next year. Leaving my rating at 5 stars for our experience.
