THis is the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. I have found every person I have dealt with in renting an apartment to be rude, incompetent, and uncaring. Phone calls are not returned, questions are answered with snide remarks, and in any meeting I have had to sign forms, etc., the person has not been prepared. I have sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for my rental contract to be printed out when I had an appointment I had scheduled a week in advance. I have requested repairs in my building, and after a month no action is taken. I call again, and a maintainence person is sent out without my knowing while I am at work, then recieve angry calls for not being home. Perhaps a little notice would help. If you are considering renting or using this company to manage your building, please think again. It has been the worst decision I have made. THe company is "by the book" in terms of following the rental agreement, but have such poor customer service and followthrough, making a move into one of their buildings a nightmare.
