I signed up for a trial 10review for skin care. Received product on 7th day, had began calling to cancel & get 'return authorization' number on day 6. No one answers their phone. You listen to an automated thing for EXACTLY 4 minutes & 32 seconds before it cuts you off and tells you to call back. I have emailed through their 'online website'. I have left voice mails. To 'register' online, it takes you nowhere. This company is BOGUS. They have now charged my card again. I also noticed the original product I chose to receive for a free trial, is NOT the company or product, that website automatically directs you to Belisi!!!!!!!!!!!
How do you test a skin care product in 3 days? How do you obtain return authorization per their agreement when you can not get a response from them? I have filed a complaint here with the BBB. I have been totally scammed & I am afraid to use their products, for I fear they are also bogus and not healthy, even dangerous!
