This is the worst company you can use to deal with your debts. It is a big problem for them to answer the phone. Half of the time no one knows the answer to your questions. This company keeps their money first and they cant start settlements on the accounts until you have pay them for 22 months in the mean time your debt is piling up. A very small portion of your payment is place on your "trust account". This is a big joke a wonderful way of throwing away your money instead of taking care of your financial problems. No wonder is rated with an "F".
