Been working with this company since last year. The initial person that you speak to named Linda assured me that if they could not do it that my money would be refunded. They have not been communicating with my mortgage company and I am out $2000. I also just called my processor Joan Dell for her to tell me she no longer works for the company. I have no idea of what to do now. No one emailed me or called me. This is ridiculous! Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to bring a lawsuit. I have all my information that they asked me for at least 3-4 times. This company should not be in business if they can only help 1 out of 1000 people. Tomfoolery!!!!!
