I have been working with Barron and Asso. Almost a year now. I am out $2100.oo. I too have spoke with and emailed Joan Dell, as well as countless other processors. That keep disappearing. She gave me an email that I have started sending my complaints and request to, with out an answer. Per the contract, I was to get a refund, if in fact they could not get me a modification. They stated that Indy Mac had already offered me one. This never made sense to me, that I needed and wanted to modify the loan, and it would make sense that if they in fact had offered one to me, I would have taken it!! I want my $$ back. I have contacted the consumer/help people at my local NBC affiliate. They are all gun-ho when you talk to them, and then leave you hanging...
