With Back Office Centers, we are really able to expedite our data entry. They have always maintained higher security levels in the work they have done and the accuracy is really unmatched. Overall, we are satisfied with their performance. Apart from back office, we have also used their inbound call center. Our CSAT improved quite a bit with Back Office Centers managing the process and the AHT dropped as well. We always get complete reports about both processes that we have outsourced.
