Bladez will not honor their warranty on my elliptical. I bought 1 year ago with a 3 year warranty. Over the past 2 months of calling and having service men to my home, it has been deemed unfixable. They say they don't any of my model to send a replacement but can send a different cheaper lesser piece of equipment...After searching the internet, there are plenty of machines available. AND...Jenny in parts/ service was not nice about it at all!!! So much for a warranty and customer service. Not a company anybody should deal with. Buy something else!!! anything else!!
