When I made my appointment for my free quote the owner himself came out, which was really great! He was very sweet and I felt like he knew his stuff! I quickly became very disappointed by him and his company. I had to do my windows a few at a time because money was tight, and they did not offer any sort of financing plan which made it a lot harder. One of my windows came in the wrong size and they took it back to the shop and cut it down. They should have sent the window back to the manufacturer and requested a new one. I felt like because I was young I was taken advantage of. My slider is not working the greatest right now, and I called to have them come to check the door out, so far no one has called me back. In fact several times I called I never got a call back. Not great business in my eyes. I went elsewhere for the rest of the windows in my house, and B & D glass lost out on a lot of money. The owner knew I was upset, and never once tried to fix the problem or apologize. One more thing, the installer sat outside my house smoking the entire day the windows were being installed. Not very attractive!!!
