I am very surprised by the reviews I see here. My experience was totally different. I bought a new system from Avis and is was surprised by the customer service (it was installed the same day) and the professionalism (the fella took his time to explain several different systems and helped me to understand what was best for my house) and the cleanliness (both in his appearance and the neat and tidy job he did installing the equipment). I don’t know about a driving problem or a calling problem, I only know that the young man who came to my home was very nice and took his time with me and I love how my new system works! Avis was A+ with me.
