Do not use their service department. I took my van for service and it took them more than 1.30 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. Also they damaged my back bumper and did not inform me. During their pre inspection it was all right, but i when i find out the damage in two days, and went back to show them. They do not want to agree it happened in their service yard. They say it could have happened anywhere. So a good customer will damage the back bumper (underside) of his van and call them for it!! What a customer service!! I would make sure to tell my friends and strangers not to use their service department.
