Absolutely Terrible Experience in customer service

Placed order 5 days in advance of requested pick-up date. I was flexible and almost expecting that it may take an extra day or two to pick up the vehicle. Called on a Thursday to check on a pick up date and placed follow up calls everyday until the following Tuesday when I finally received a call back. In this case no news was bad news because they still had no pick up date for me. Needless to say I will be using another company. Be honest and upfront with your customers it's not rocket science.
