Upon trying to return something that is clearly stated on their website as returnable, they refuse to do so because the order was made via phone. After pointing out that the policy online states clearly that a refund is available, they said a phone order was different. However, it's the same company. Also, I pointed out that I found them online so I read the policy there and nothing was stated to me differently. Not only were they not helpful and easily worked up, they were terribly unfriendly and obviously bad business people that have no idea how to run a business. Save yourself the annoyance...go elsewhere. By the way, this is my first review because that is how much the experience lit me up. It inspired me to sign up for an account simply to rip them apart. That's sayin something...
