bought a new couch and love seat, both came with damages and when i contacted customer service the only thing they agreed to do is fix the damage, i requested to replace to a new and undamaged merchandise and it took me a month until i got to the owner of the store to fix the issue, but they told me and i quote "we generally don't replace damaged merchandise we send a tech to the customer house to fix any damages". they hide behind the contract they make you sign when you buy the product and bend the contract to fit what they want it to fit and not what is written in it.
if you want to buy a new undamaged product and not deal with them for a month after you buy the product find yourself another company.
niter me or anyone that knows me will ever buy anything from that company again. and i recommend that you check the BBB to see the rating of this company to see that i am not the only one that had problems with them.
to be fair this is only one of the branches and the one i got the product from is the one in fountain valley but the problem is in the corporate headquarters not with the stores.
to fix the issues they need to make sure that the product they ship is not damaged. they should make sure that the customer gets what he ordered in a brand new condition and not refurbished by them, and they need to know how to give customer service because instead of trying to fix the issue they just tried to make it seem like it my problem and not theirs.
