We ordered dining and living room sets, as well as furniture for 3 bedrooms early summer of 2012. The sales people guaranteed a 3-week delivery, 4 weeks at the latest, and this was documented multiple times. Six long weeks later, the order remains unfulfilled. Finally, after dozens of frustrating calls, the store admitted that the furnitures were on back-order, and delivery will be delayed another 4-6 weeks. They have been witholding this info all along! When we asked that the entire order to be cancelled since 3 months delivery time is nowhere near the 3 weeks they promised, the crooks at the store warned that we will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. We should be charging them for all the grief they have caused! We called our credit card company to cancel the charge, and made sure they didn't get a cent.
