The Array of Hope has, in my opinion, been a complete scam and has been very fraudulent in their business transaction with me. For $1,300, The Array of Hope has promised me assistance with refinancing my home mortgage. The Array of Hope has never met any promise or standard business procedure for home mortgage refinancing.
Within the past two (2) months I have requested several times for a refund of my money ($1,300). My requests have been met with repeated failure to refund monies, after I received a verbal agreement with the company. Excuses for not refunding my money (a cash or check transaction) has ranged from things like "the office had no electricity," "I will bring the check to you personally," and various "surgical procedures so I've been out of the office."
This weekend, after personally driving directly to the office and demanding either cash or check, I was told "We will meet you tomorrow [Sunday] at the Steer & Steins restaurant in Temecula and we will call you before we drive out." I started calling after 9:00 a.m. to no avail, never reaching anyone at The Array of Hope, they did not show at the restaurant, nor did they even call me, as promised, beforehand.
The Array of Hope, in my opinion, is running a fraudulent home mortgage refinancing company and I am in contact with the Riverside County District Attorney's office as well as the Riverside County Sheriff.
