After giving them $3000 for my first mortgage, another $1500 to modify my second loan, they charged an additional $995.00 for "attorney fees". This process began in Oct 2008 and by Dec 18th 2009 nothing was accomplished. I began to do the paperwork myself!! This is after 3 months of trying to contact them by phone, email, and fax!! With no avail, I began the process of terminating them and issued a chargeback against them for $1500.00 Unfortunately, they had me wire transfer $3000 to them and I will probably never see it again. To this day they continue to call me, even after I have demanded a refund and terminated our relationship. I ended up doing the work myself, and they had the audacity to send me an undated letter claiming responsibility for the modification.
