Worst online buying experience!

On 12/10/2013 I purchased 2 blenny 1 goby, but nothing arrived. On 1/06/14, after never hearing from aquacon and never getting return emails, I called them asking for a refund of $113.69. I was told by "Derrik" at Aquacon, that I would see my refund in about 7 to 10 days, and that the fish coundnt be shipped because of temps being too cold. Then on 1/29/2014 I received a Email from someone name Wayne and he too assured me my refund should take a week. Today is 2/10/14, I still have not heard or received anything. As of 2/10/14 their phone # is disconnected. My Aquacon customer/order # is 00022829 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! 2/11/14, I noticed Aquacon web site has changed the company name to QUALITY MARINE LIFE and have new phone number. I called the number this morning and talked to the same smart mouth kid that I talked to since Dec 2013. He claim the owner of the company just died and the new owner isn't responsible for my refund. I asked him when the website/company changed hands, he said it changed hands 1/27/14...two days before I talked to Wayne (who guaranteed my refund).
