It is well known in the aquatic community that it is much more difficult to obtain just about anything during the holiday season, the period in which this order was placed. In this instance, a couple of items were not in stock and not expected to be in stock for several weeks. When the customer called and left a message demanding that the order go out right away, we sent out what was in stock and refunded the customer for the missing items immediately. The shipping price is the same with or without the value of those items factored in, otherwise the customer would have received a refund for any changes in the shipping rate resulting from the missing items. The refund was processed immediately, and we explained to the customer about the availability of the items.
