The customer placed the order on 11/05/12 and the order was shipped out on 11/28/12 the cause of the delay was due to the Feather Star-fish. We asked the customer if she would like to wait for the starfish or to substitute the item, the customer wanted to wait for the original item ordered.
The customer did not follow our guarantee requirements which is to send in photos of any DOA's they may have had and never sent in pictures of the any items they had discrepancies with.
The customer contacted our company the day they received the package and we advised them to send in pictures of the items she was unhappy with she never did.
How are we to held responsible when the customer does not follow through. We are more than happy to resolve any issues at hand but we must receive photos in first.
